• Carpet patching: This needed when there are bald spots, burns, rips, or permanent stains on the carpet. Nip & Tuck Carpet Repair does carpet matching to make it look like nothing ever happened in the first place. Many wonder how we are able to do this. There are three separate ways we go about carpet matching. The most preferred way is by using left over remnants from when the current carpet was first installed. The second way is by taking a piece from an inconspicuous spot such as a closet. The third way is by stretching your carpet and cutting off the additional pieces. This last way can only be done for smaller patched though.
• Carpet Stretching: The most prominent reason way carpet wrinkles appear is because of poor installation. We use the most advanced technology to ensure that no wrinkles come back. Most carpet companies use technology that is out of date and the work done by them can’t stand the test of time. Nip & Tuck Carpet Repair believes that you should get what you’re paying for. That is why we use the tools that we do and back it up with a 5-year warranty.
• Pad replacement: This is primarily needed when your pet keeps saturating the same spot repeatedly or when there has been flooding, leaky pipes and so forth. When carpet is soaked to the point of reaching the pad underneath this causes some issues such as creating a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Nip & Tuck Carpet Repair will skillfully remove the area of carpet where the pad needs to be replaced and then take out the padding, replace it with a new one and then skillfully put the carpet back down. We make it looks like nothing ever happened.
