5 Year Warranty
This warranty guarantees that for a length of 5 years after completion of a job, Nip & Tuck Carpet Repair LLC stands behind their work. This warranty covers issues such as wrinkles reforming after a stretch, seams that are fraying or pulling apart, and carpet that has become detached from the tackstrip. Problems that are beyond our control are excluded from this warranty. Some examples would include defective carpet, a pet damaging the repair, and carpet that has become wet due to flooding or plumbing complications. The warranty also cannot cover lack of carpet quality when it comes to stainability or resilience to wear.
This warranty will be left with each qualified customer in writing upon completing the repairs. We are happy to stand behind the work we do because it’s not just about the work but the quality of it. We believe that you should always get what you pay for. Whether we do carpet stretching, a patch job or pad replacement we want you to feel confident about the work we do. The service we provide will be nothing less than satisfactory to each and every customer even 5 years down the road. With that we can say that we provide customer satisfaction as a guarantee.
If you have questions or concern about our 5-year warranty please don’t hesitate to call us today! Please note that our pricing for each job varies and is of a broad range because of so many factors that have to be considered such as what job we will be preforming, area size, seam location, room layout and furniture. For more information visit our pricing page or for a more accurate estimate call or email us today! We also give in-home estimates if that is more convenient for you. Here at Nip & Tuck Carpet Repair we are proud to serve you in all your carpet repair needs!
